Absolutely no returns or exchanges on any product. However, product credit can be issued depending on the circumstances. Please be sure to ask any questions needed concerning a product before making a purchase.

Please allow 5-7 business days to process and ship the product. If there is a delay on our end you will be notified via email that you provided.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number to the email you provided during check out. Contact us if you have questions about your order.

Holidays

Orders placed on a holiday, will not be processed and shipped until the following business day.

Shipping

We ship via USPS.

Any delays due to Aligned will be discussed. Aligned is not responsible for delays due to USPS. There is a shipping rate that will be added to each order.
